  • In charge of DTC (Direct to Customer) channel database marketing strategy and achieve business goal.
  • Deeply understand DTC potential customer and policy holder database through ongoing data analysis and data enrichment
  • Implement marketing automation platform and partner with CRM, Customer Value Management team to build the best DTC customer journey.
  • Design and manage database marketing campaigns to drive sales through campaign management
  • Use data to identify business opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention and revenue,
  • Managing on-going leads selection and maintaining the data integrity of inforce customer file to ensuring that Database Marketing Services are delivered according to agreed time and quality service levels.






  • 8 years+ working experience
  • Technical degree(Statistics,Math) or Marketing related degree is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing strategy, opportunity assessment and customer segmentation
  • Knowledge of database marketing
  • Capability of SQL is plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing automation tool , ex: Eloqua, Marketo
  • Strategic thinking
  • Present and deliver findings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the insurance/ industry and products is a plus
  • BS degree in MIS, Statistics, Computer science, Mathematics, Business Management, Marketing or related field
  • Excellent organizing, planning and analytical skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
  • Highly developed project management skills

  • A command of English(spoken and written)
  • Computer skill: Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power point skills
