User Interaction Specialist


(Location: Beijing)

Principal Duties
  • Represent Xiaomi by building healthy relationships with fans to resolve issues, educate and evangelize our products and services
  • Own the relationships between Xiaomi products and our fans; guide power users and influencers to represent Xiaomi through relationships, sharing and problem-solving
  • Drive user interaction strategies to ensure social network/forum health and users’ questions/feedback receive quality, timely answers
  • Own, understand and report on community health and success. Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify trends and insights into user needs
  • Lead new innovations in community programs, including process improvements, best practice sharing and measuring and driving community health


  • Being a Mi fan is a must!
  • Native Chinese speaker, fluent in spoken and written English
  • An avid user of social media platforms
  • Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop
